Your First 6 Weeks in the Field

This is what it actually looks like once you're out there working.

Week 1 — Paid Training
Before your first day in the field, you complete a full week of paid, hands-on training. Live sessions with experienced coaches, AI-powered practice tools, and a step-by-step sales system you'll know inside and out. You get paid for this week on your first day in the field.

Weeks 2–3 — In the Field With Guaranteed Pay
Your first week in the field, you're riding alongside a top-performing trainer. You'll watch real sales happen, learn the territory, and start making sales yourself — with support right beside you. You've got guaranteed pay while you're building momentum, so you can focus on learning without worrying about your income.

Weeks 4–6 — Running Your Territory
By now you're working your own territory, following the system, and seeing real results. You're meeting with business owners and families Monday through Thursday, making sales, and building a book of business that pays you again next year. Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is yours.

Paid Training Week
Your final step before the field is a full week of paid, intensive training — live webinars, role-playing, and practice with the team. Then you're ready.
